There are no costs or hidden fees when using Focus West Logistics. You simply pay for the shipping costs on the size, weight and type of freight that you move.
A Focus West Logistics rate quote will always include fuel, there will be no FSC added to the price you’ve been quoted.
All Focus West Logistics quotes are automatically rated in Canadian funds, unless the client requests USD.
The amount of money you’ll save depends on the type of shipping you do and the current discounts you are receiving from your present carriers. At Focus West Logistics we go out of our way to provide you with as many options as possible through our instant quoting system. Through the large volume discounts we receive from our carriers, it’s not uncommon for some of our clients to save up to 50%.

When it comes to billing, you are always dealing with Focus West Logistics and only Focus West Logistics. Regardless of which carrier hauls your freight, any invoices will be applied to your account once the freight is confirmed delivered. If a carrier invoice is sent to your company in error, please contact us ASAP and we will get it resolved.
Our standard terms are Net 30.
There are 4 main methods of cargo transportation. The most common method is via land / road transport, followed by train (intermodal) transportation, and air and ocean service. Most transport methods rely on moving containers via a wide-variety of truck and trailer. Generally LTL (less than truckload) freight service is the most common method. LTL freight shipping allows you combine your freight with other companies into one truckload, instead of having to pay for the price of using the entire truckload. The LTL freight transport method is the most cost-efficient, reliable and timely service since you have an identical truck to your LTL shipment.
